athome Magazine: “Made in the (Blue) Shade” Rebecca Reynolds
athome Magazine presents a bathroom designed by Rebecca Reynolds, of Rebecca Reynolds Design, featuring the DXV Lyndon Trough Sink
"I use blue in almost every home somewhere. For this young boy's bathroom, I didn't want to get too crazy. I used navy blue as the primary accent color in the wallpaper and vanity to juxtapose the quiet of the re-claimed wood tones of the wall tile and white shiplap. I chose a bold navy, but one that still enables the black iron hardware and plumbing fittings to be accentuated. I can't resist an old worn pair of jeans, so I chose denim-colored fabric for the window treatment with contrasting navy and nickel studs, along with a natural shade for some texture and dimension."
